Are you a benefits professional who thrives on solving complex problems, leveraging technology, and delivering exceptional service? USI is seeking a Benefits Operations Analyst to support our employees and their families by providing expert guidance and maintaining the integrity of our benefits programs.

What You’ll Do

As a Benefits Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our Total Rewards team, responsible for:

  • Providing daily support to employees and HR partners on USI’s benefits programs.
  • Collaborating with carrier and vendor partners to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyzing benefit utilization, employee feedback, and vendor performance to inform program enhancements.
  • Developing a specialty area (e.g., disability, wellness, healthcare reform) and leading innovation in that space.
  • Developing and delivering engaging, tech-enabled presentations to new hires and employee groups.
  • Supporting our digital benefit enrollment process, life event changes, claims, and account maintenance.
  • Creating and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly content across internal systems and communication channels.
  • Contributing to open enrollment strategy, communications, and post-enrollment recaps using data insights.

What You Bring

  • Education: BA/BS in Business Administration or HR Management preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of direct experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of plan design and compliance.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and benefits administration systems. Experience with UKG a plus.
    • Excellent communicator with a passion for simplifying complex information.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches.

Compensation & Benefits Information:
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 5%
