General Description:  Corp AC Supervisor T&E oversees the work product and manages the performance of his/her team of accountants to ensure department quality standards are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

·         Oversees work product for a team of employees to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.

·         Supervises the travel and entertainment department.

·         Assists NAC Management Team with travel arrangements.

·         Provides administrative support to NAC CFO as needed.

·         Acts as an expert resource for teams on T&E matters.

·         Manages the CONCUR expense reporting system.

·         Conducts CONCUR trainings as required.

·         Responsible for the AMEX Purchasing Card program and the monthly closing of the payment cycle, and formal reconciliation of the transactions.

·         Supervises Office Administration functions and personnel, including, but not limited to reception, administration and mailroom.

·         Supervisory responsibility for assigned team, including PTO requests, approving time cards, regular meetings with employees, performance management.

·         Manages team performance through monthly scorecard calculations and quarterly reviews.

·         Conducts monthly team meetings to ensure department goals and met and exceeded.

·         Manages, oversees and supports all general office operations, including office moves, building maintenance, leases.

·         Responsible to ensure that department policies are maintained. Improves department policies when possible.

·         Primary T&E contact for field personnel for assigned regions – responds to client needs within 24 hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·         3 years of T&E expense reporting experience required.

·         1 year of supervisory level experience required.

·         Experience in CONCUR travel and expense program.

·         MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required.

·         Knowledge of general accounting, a plus.

·         Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency.

·         Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment.

·         Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information.
