General Description: 

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for coordination of all administrative support relating to our compliance requirements. This also includes assisting with tracking compliance with all broker and carrier on-boarding, and other audit process. Much of the person’s time will be spent supporting the Compliance Specialist and our internal staff.


  • Provide internal staff with follow-up communication regarding open action items relating to our compliance requirements.
  • Save compliance related documentation to ERC shared drive and forward needed compliance requests, follow ups, and documentation to the appropriate points of contact.
  • Utilize internal systems to manage and track compliance related action items and issues.
  • Coordinate efforts with team members, especially during on-boarding and audits, to ensure that all needed processes and documentation have been prepared to meet audit standards.
  • Communicate regularly with management and other staff members regarding all aspects of administration to ensure service excellence.
  •  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff.
  • Special projects as required.

  • Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration in a team setting
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Timely, efficient and accurate administrative and data entry skills
  • Experience with Excel (data entry, formatting, formulas), Word, and Outlook required.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Industry is preferred
