General Description: Provide administrative, operational, and client relationship support to the Relationship Management team. Follow department procedures to perform tasks. 

Responsibilities:
With guidance, provide internal assistance to clients. Escalate clients’ needs, concerns, and ideas to assigned Client Relationship Manager. 
Process fund changes. 
Prepare amendments to services agreements.
Complete provider set-up paperwork.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and agendas.
Participate in client calls. Document project related tasks and monitor the completion of meeting follow-ups. Includes tasks by the team, other CG departments, and service providers. 
Ensure investment review reports and other deliverables have been completed.
Prepare fee calculations and benchmarking reports. Includes plan design benchmarking reports.
Monitor and update tasks and data in the customer relationship management (CRM) database. 
Identify inefficiencies in processes or assigned tasks and recommend solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in math or business preferred, or equivalent work experience. 
•       2+ years of financial services experience
Desire to learn about the operation, design, and regulations governing DC plans.                       
Self-motivated and detail oriented. 
Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products. 
Problem-solving ability. 
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills. 
Ability to work in a team environment. 
Eager to learn new concepts and can adapt to new or changing circumstances.
Open to feedback and coaching.
