Job Description:
Work with sales executives, account management teams, and insurance carriers servicing middle market and large clients with their property and casualty insurance needs. Ensure client retention and regional goals are met by responding promptly to requests from teams and management. Required to perform essential job duties and meet service standards and Best Practices developed by USI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal assistance to 2-4 Commercial Lines Account Managers.
- Process client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and reinstatements.
- Review commercial lines insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate information in agency management systems.
- Request information from insurance carriers such as loss runs and endorsement changes.
- Provide various proof of insurance documents through basic client services.
- Assist Account Manager in preparing application, schedules, and summaries of insurance.
- Assist in invoicing clients, including premium finance agreements and complex client invoicing.
- Assist Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals.
- Attend and participate with client strategy meetings as required.
- Active engagement and participation in trainings relative to the USI Career Track Program with emphasis on gaining knowledge necessary to perform Account Manager role.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain one within agreed upon timeframe provided by the USI Career Track Program.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Resourceful, eager to learn new concepts and further professional development
- Open to feedback and developmental coaching

Compensation & Benefits Information:
Salary Range: $60,000
