General Descriptions:

The Campus Recruiting Lead is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for all USI Early Talent Programs - Internship  and Associate programs to ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities. Spread nationwide awareness about USI’s Early Talent Programs. Act as a liaison with universities to attract students and recent graduates.  


·        Influence; guide and partner with internal managers both remote and in person to identify, attract, assess and hire the best talent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 4 - year degree preferred
  • 3+ years of managing the full life - cycle recruitment in a campus recruitment environment.  
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency is a must
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Proven experience in program management

·        Proficient in MS Office suite of products i.e. creating metrics in excel; inputting data in recruitment software.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Insurance or Financial Services recruitment experience is preferred
  • Possess strong analytical ability
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situation with discretion
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple time bound projects and priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time.
