Apply nowJob Description: The CRM Administrator is responsible for helping the effectiveness of the sales teams by providing support throughout the sales process including: assisting in the management of client databases/CRM (Customer Relationship Management application) to help in ensure the integrity of the data and producer reporting; providing training on CRM and company/marketing processes and procedures; distribution of leads; ensuring accuracy of producer reports as well as miscellaneous reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Management with the preparation and coordination of management reports for the Temperature Check meetings and Producer one-on-ones by utilizing CRM and producer reports. Follow-up with Producers as needed for required information.
- Maintain Cross Sell reports.
- Ensure information is accurately reflected in systems including ensuring that Opportunity Stage is accurate and coincides with recorded appointments and wins.
- Compare “Wins” in CRM to “Booked New Revenue” in company systems and follow up with any necessary adjustments.
- Generate ideas and other sources (databases) for Lead Generation; present recommendation to
- VP, Marketing and Sales Management for investment decision.
- Align Prospects and Suspects with Drip Marketing / Topic of the Month (TOM) within segment .
- Assist Marketing team with Click Dimensions campaigns.
- Ensure producers enter their activity data in CRM platform in a timely and accurate manner as well as Verify all Wins have a appropriate company system Client Codes .
- Provide tracking of all initiatives within CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
- Report exceptions to Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders and HR to ensure the success of newly hired/acquired producers including the onboarding of new Producers including:
- Provide CRM training within 2 weeks of hire and on an-going basis to ensure their proficiency in use of the system. Follow up training with new producers every two weeks until they have mastered CRM. Report on training updates to Sales Leaders.
- Communicate and demonstrate an understanding of USI’s Drip Marketing process and its tool, Click Dimensiions
- Provide updated training to all producers on existing and new topics within CRM.
- Participate in regional special projects and/or lead projects as needed.
- Fulfill ad Hoc requests by manager and leadership including but not limited to reports, CRM views, Scorecard Data and Producer Contest Data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience required. Degree in Business, IT, Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Prior experience providing related sales and or marketing support is preferred. Administrative and insurance industry experience is helpful. Internship experience will be considered.
- Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program is preferred. Microsoft Dynamics CRM software is helpful.
- Organizational skills and self-discipline to prioritize tasks so that deadlines are met in a timely basis.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Flexibility and ability to balance multiple and changing priorities with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong numeric ability and analytical/problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Must have strong initiative and be properly assertive in presenting new ideas to management and producers.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with business leaders.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be computer savvy; have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Word; Excel (ability to use formulas; graphs and charts); PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) systems preferred – MS Dynamics CRM is helpful.
- This position requires minimal travel. Must be able to travel on all forms of transportation.
