General Description:  Provide Cyber and Errors & Omission (E&O) expertise to large and complex clients.  

Responsibilities:

·       Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Cyber/E&O, Tech E&O and Media risks. Provide guidance relative to the insurance marketplace and USI products, solutions, and services.

·       Provide Cyber/E&O technical support to producers. Analyze client needs for Cyber Tech E&O and Media E&O coverage.  

·       Manage regional book of business and complex new business opportunities.

·       Structure, develop, negotiate, and place Cyber/E&O insurance programs.

·       Partner with National Cyber leadership on large and most complex placements and solutions.

·       Communicate with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure proper prioritization of workflow.

·       Deliver strong performance results to clients and create opportunities with prospective clients.

·       Act as point of contact for clients’ technical coverage questions and service requests.

·       Provide continuous communication and service to clients and account team.

·       Identify exposure to loss and recommend risk controls and coverages to clients.

·       Participate in trainings focused on Cyber/E&O risks and exposures.

·       Educate other EPS and non-EPS team members on Cyber/E&O risks.

·       Distill and demystify key information security and privacy controls.

·       Understand and present Cyber analytics.

·       Keep current with Cyber/E&O industry, new products, legislation, coverages, and technology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·       2-3 years of property & casualty technical expertise with an insurance brokerage. Areas of concentration to include Cyber/E&O, underwriting, risk control or claims.

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·       Must hold Property & Casualty insurance license.

·       Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·       Manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions.

·       Ability to work in a team environment to achieve the business goals of the region(s).
