We are looking for a Retirement Plan Associate Administrator to join our rapidly expanding Retirement Plans Division. The Retirement Plan Associate Administrator will work with seasoned Pension Consultants to provide comprehensive administrative and consulting services to our clients. 


What you’ll do on a typical day

Day-to-day communication with clients and their employees regarding their retirement accounts

All aspects of daily plan administration, including:

Checking retirement plan transactions for accuracy and compliance

Preparation of plan statements

Reviewing eligibility for participation in plan, loans, and distributions

Ensuring the timely processing of payroll contributions, participant terminations, and loan distributions.

 

What you need to succeed at Chernoff Diamond:

 

At a minimum, you’ll need:

 

Excellent quantitative skills

Basic knowledge of IRS and DOL rules &regulations pertaining to the administration of qualified and non- qualified retirement plans

Excellent communication skills

 

It’d be great if you also have:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, economics, finance, business, or computer science

ASPA, QPA, or QKA designation

2 years’ experience

Strong analytical and problem solving ability
