  • Meet with Carriers periodically to stay current on product development, issues, marketplace changes, providers, etc.
  • Seeking opportunities to provide good public relations for Northwest Insurance Services in the community
  • Ensure compliance with third party vendors
  • Premium payment billing, auditing, and reconciliation
  • FSA/HRA, COBRA, and online enrollment management
  • Support the Employee Benefit Consultants, Account Executives and Account Managers on the placement of administrative services
  • Monitor and assess performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
  • Recommend improvements to procedures
  • Knowledge of online enrollment platform
  • Build and maintain online enrollment platform
  • Ability to trouble shoot and prevent/correct appropriately in system

Additional Essential Functions:

  • Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency

  • Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management
  • Safety and Health for those without supervisory duties:
  • Abide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention program
