General Description: Responsible for development eLearning courses using content from existing storyboards and/or materials for onboarding and success trainings. Focus will include training and testing of sales solutions knowledge, sales skills development and operations.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360 from existing storyboards and/or materials
  • Collaborate with team members to finalize storyboards
  • Continuously monitor and solicit feedback on all courses and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, while driving enhancements for improved adoption.
  • Test deliverables to ensure functionality within Cornerstone LMS
  • Build course templates and prototypes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be proficient with computers and quickly competent with new technology tools. Specifically, must have full competence with MS Office Suite products and Articulate 360 suite.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform in a team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines.
  • Keep current with training and learning industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and emerging innovations.
  • Multimedia experience, Excellent PowerPoint skills, Photoshop or tools similar to Adobe Create Suite also a plus.
  • Experience in collaborating with team members via teleconference.
  • College Degree or Articulate Storyline Certificate from ATD or Yukon.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate production of tools and material.
  • Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.
