General Summary:

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator will provide diversified accounting and administrative support to the accounting department. The AR coordinator will gather and maintain a current understanding of organizational policies, procedures and practices as well as use experience, skills, and accounting knowledge to partner with staff to fulfill essential and assigned job functions. The AR coordinator may also collect, compile, enter, and analyze moderately complex data to improve procedures and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly client and financial system processing of invoices
  • Assist with generation of client invoices
  • Assist with monthly cash receipt collection and reconciliation
  • Reconcile and report transactions
  • Assist with organization of AR documentation
  • Assist with company financial conversion and data imports
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific/Individual Core Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of general accounting processes and procedures
  • Proficient in data management and entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Education:

  • High School Diploma
