Commercial Lines Assistant Account Representative / Customer Service Representative

Provides customer service support to customers by preparing information, managing data and producing documents.  Maintains accuracy and completeness of data in the agency management system.  May respond to customer requests.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience 

     

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills 

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills 

  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions 

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important 

  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations 

     

    Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date. Compliance with state law requirements is required.
