Account Rep Commercial 1

Provides day-to-day administrative and technical support to an assigned group of commercial property and casualty customers. Duties include:  responding to customer inquiries and requests for information; processing applications and renewals; routine invoicing and tracking receivables, checking documents for accuracy; inputting data; maintaining files; assembling documents and preparing materials for meetings with customers and prospects.  May assist with resolving accounting discrepancies and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

·         1+ year of insurance experience

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills 

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills 

·         Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

·         Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills 

·         Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important 

·         Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations 

Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date. Compliance with state law requirements is required.
