Provides day-to-day administrative and technical support to an assigned group of group benefit customers. Duties include but are not limited to:  responding to inquiries and requests for information regarding eligibility, claims and billing; processing applications; checking documents for accuracy; inputting data; maintaining files and client online portals; assembling documents and preparing materials for benefit plan communication. 


5+ year of customer service experience 


  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills 
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important 
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations 
  • Insurance brokerage experience, preferably in the small business employee benefits market
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information 
  • Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date. Compliance with state law requirements is required.
