The role of the Accountants Professional Liability (APL) Inside Sales Producer is to meet and exceed revenue target goals by actively soliciting and selling various association sponsored and non-sponsored professional liability insurance products by phone to association members.  This position will work within a sales team to support new competitive product development throughout the MidAtlantic region.

 The Right Candidates Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related insurance sales and a track record of financial success
  • College degree and current insurance license preferred
  • Prior experience selling accountants professional liability, or other professional liability product, is preferred
  • Proven ability to work with senior-level management and have an executive presence
  • Must be personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Presents a consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients and associates
  • Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
  • Goal orientation, highly resilient and coachable
