USI Affinity, a division of USI has been named two years in a row as one of the top 300 large employers by Forbes Magazine.  We have an opportunity for you to use your attention to detail and numerical and data entry ability to process carrier payables, customer refunds  and other disbursements, as well as processing cash receipts and other misc. tasks.

In this role, you will verify check requests; post customer refunds; enter and post payable transactions; investigate issues related to cash disbursements; prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers and ACH payments and more!

Office location is in our brand-new Newtown Square, PA office.  Currently we are primarily in a work from home mode until further notice.   

A High School Degree or GED is required, Degree in Accounting is helpful.  Some prior work experience in an accounts payable or accounts receivable function is required (internships/coop experience will be considered). Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

            Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel.

            Experience with SAP accounting software is a plus.

             Must have: strong numerical aptitude; good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong observation and analytical skills with creativity; Good organization skills with an attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
