Position Overview

USI Insurance Services is seeking a highly motivated, early-career Sales & Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and data management. This individual will bring fresh, modern marketing perspectives to elevate our event marketing strategy and LinkedIn presence through compelling content and data-driven insights.


You will support over 100 producers by designing, promoting, and analyzing event campaigns while building scalable processes within our marketing systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn from top leadership and grow your career within USI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital event marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Create modern, engaging marketing content including social posts, invitations, and campaigns
  • Manage CRM and marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Track and report event ROI, engagement, and pipeline influence
  • Perform data cleaning, segmentation, and list management
  • Partner with over 100 producers to support event marketing strategies
  • Enhance USI branding across LinkedIn and digital platforms
  • Maintain attention to detail across all campaigns and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with ability to follow leadership direction
  • Strong content creation and branding skills
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data
