General Description:  The Supervisor-AR Coordinators helps to oversee the work product and supports the performance of his/her team of accountants to ensure department quality standards are met and exceeded.

Oversight Responsibilities:

  • Training new AR Staff team members
  • Ensure AR Team perform assigned duties.
  • Facilitate AR Huddle and Daily Chat
  • Monthly/Daily reporting for team results
  • Manage scorecard process for all team members
    • Facilitate ongoing coaching, training, and scorecard meetings (in tandem with AC Operations Manager) to ensure team member compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Track department metrics and make appropriate adjustments as needed.


  • Supervise the overall process for the AR Coordinator team to include:
    • AR Adjustments
    • Uncashed Payments to clients
    • Release AR notices including statements and dunning notices
    • Assist with unclaimed property ID and filings
  • Perform duties related to credit review for assigned region(s)
  • Other duties and projects as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

o   Four or more years of progressive AR experiences

o   1-2 years of previous experience working in a leadership role in an accounting environment

o   1-2 years experience coaching, training, and assessing employees for the purpose of ensuring compliance with department/company policies and procedures.

o   Exceptional Excel skills and MS Office proficiency required

o    Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency

o   Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment

o   Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information

o   Knowledge of general accounting

o   Accurate and Fast Data Entry
