Responsible for the strategy, execution and day to day account management of more routine, less complex accounts.  Responsibilities would include preparation of renewal submissions, marketing to carriers and preparing and presenting proposals to include pricing / coverage analysis and recommendations to customers.    Also responsible for providing support to a senior account executive on more complex accounts with the support of an account representative.  May work directly with producer on responses to new business opportunities.  

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good technical insurance knowledge base
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Direct client facing experience
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Desire to work on new business opportunities with the producer (e.g. RFP responses)
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong self confidence
  • Capable of being respectfully assertive
