General Description: Special Projects Team Representative as a member of the Data Integrity Team will focus on making sure sales leads are for "healthy" accounts with correct information.


  • Primary focus is making sure sales leads are for "healthy" accounts with accurate contact phone numbers, email addresses, and company information
  • Make outbound phone calls to Identify C-level decision maker, verify contact information, determine validity of prospect and update CRM with new information
  • Will be involved in various marketing and event projects that will involve calling prospects and clients to get them to register/attend our various webinars and seminars
  • Assist sales professionals with Outlook calendar invites and set appointments for introductory call meetings
  • Develop understanding of company, lines of businesses, and operations to provide sales experts most beneficial support and quality prospect information
  • Maintain understanding of USI brand, value, and solutions to share during introductory prospect engagement
  • Work closely with Data Integrity team to develop call strategies in support of current initiatives and timelines
  • Look for organic growth opportunities and cross-sell opportunities to assist sales and operations with overall target customers and sales leads pipeline
  • Will be involved in other data-related and call- marketing projects as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Associates degree required
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and will be results oriented and sales driven
  • Basic knowledge or understands the functions: social media, online research, database building and maintenance
  • Technical knowledge in various software and systems: CRM, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Hoovers, D&B
  • Sales oriented; must be comfortable making outbound calls to verify lead contacts are accurate and to get attendees to our webinars/seminars
  • Will provide training on using Microsoft CRM
