Customer Service Representative - Insurance

DO YOU ENJOY PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE?  HAVE INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE & LOOKING FOR LATER SHIFT - 11AM TO 7PM?

Use your strong customer service ability to join a leader in the Travel Insurance industry to provide our customers with a first-class level of service!  You will develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all our travel insurance products including all of the policy features to ensure they purchase they appropriate product for their travel needs.  Location is next to the Philadelphia International Airport (No Phila Wage Tax) .  11AM TO 7PM Shift. 

We provide all training on products offered and for insurance license requirements.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.  Must have prior insurance industry experience (call center/customer service). Travel Insurance knowledge is preferred.   Must have an exemplary positive attitude; and passionate about offering an unequaled customer service experience. Must currently hold Property and Casualty and/or Life and Accident/Heath insurance licenses. Both licenses are preferred or the ability to obtain the other within 45 days of date of hire (costs and company training provided by the company). 

The right candidate will also have:

  • Strong customer service orientation; interpersonal and organizational skills, good sense of time management (ability to juggle multiple requests while giving the customer your undivided attention) with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. 
  • Effective communication/comprehensive skills -- verbal and written. 
  • Ability to function independently and multi-task. 
  • Must enjoy providing excellent service, be enthusiastic, willing to work in a fast paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. 
  • Personal accountability and be fully available to assist customer for the entire duration of scheduled shift.
